DIY Laser Tattoo

A few days back Instructables.com posted a new technique to etch a Laser Tattoo.
A guy elaborately explains a step-by-step procedure and feeling of getting a tattoo burned into skin from a laser cutter.

Looks cool, but what these poor guys fail to realize is, the laser beam doing the work is UVA!! (Ultraviolet-A) Super Concentrated UVA exposure.. Skin Cancer city folks……
This is the first time a saw a guy have a laser tattoo on their own. Is it hurt?
